What You’ll Learn in Rajan Dhall’s Auction Market Theory and Trend Following Masterclass
This free masterclass is a multi-asset trading framework from Rajan Dhall, a professional fund manager with 20 years of experience across FX desks, research departments, and proprietary trading, and the founder of DND Capital. Rajan teaches two complete strategies you can use on their own or together. The first is an Auction Market Theory approach that uses volume profile to identify fair value, value areas, and high and low volume nodes, giving you the tool to visualize exactly where buyers and sellers agree on price. The second is a simple 21 moving average trend-following strategy using three-timeframe confirmation: confirm the trend on the daily, validate it on the hourly, and enter on the five-minute chart with price pullbacks into the 21 MA.
The second half of the masterclass covers everything that sits around the strategies, which Rajan treats as equally important. The real math behind money management and risk-to-reward, including exactly what win rate you need at 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 risk-to-reward, how to compound your account, and why position sizing changes based on account type. How to read market sentiment before the US session using Fed comments, the VIX, safe haven flows, sector rotation, and pre-market pricing to shape your bias before the bell rings. The DISC personality framework (Driver, Influential, Steady, Analytical) and how each type creates specific strengths and blind spots in your trading. And a lesson Rajan calls “the holy grail myth,” the key lessons from working at a JP Morgan trading desk in the City that changed how he trades for life.

About the Instructor,
Rajan Dhall
Rajan Dhall is a trader, strategy designer, and educator with around 20 years in the markets, and the founder of DND Capital, a trading fund that funds and coaches its own traders. He has worked across the whole industry, from the City to retail to professional trading, and specializes in technical analysis, market profile, and Auction Market Theory. He day trades stocks and futures, including indices like the Dax and commodities like crude oil, using a simple, structure-based approach built on price action, value areas, and disciplined risk. He has written market analysis for ZeroHedge, TradingView, and FX Street, and lectures at the Society of Technical Analysts.
Rajan’s path into trading was not typical. He first got close to the markets while working as a personal trainer at the JP Morgan gym, where the traders he coached started giving him tips. He moved into the City himself, starting as a clerk writing up FX forwards, options, and futures contracts, before moving into research and then trading on his own. He opened DND Capital, which grew to around £1.2 million under management at its peak and has developed roughly six funded traders. His core belief: strategy, risk management, and psychology each matter equally, and none of them work without the other two.
