Trader Mayne
Trader Mayne is a full-time crypto trader, educator, and the co-founder of Breakout, the first crypto-native prop firm (acquired by Kraken in 2025). He has been trading since 2013 and full-time for the last 7+ years, with over $10 million in trading profits across crypto, forex, and gold. His style is simple price action, support, resistance, ranges, and liquidity sweeps, mostly on the higher timeframes.
Mayne’s start was rocky. He made $150K during the 2013 Bitcoin run, quit his accounting job, then lost everything in the crash and had to ask for his old job back. He moved into forex to learn price action, traded prop firms, brought those skills back to crypto, and later lost millions in the FTX collapse before co-founding Breakout in 2023.
